Overseas voter’s registration center in NAIA opens

PASAY CITY, Philippines—The Commission on Elections (Comelec), the Department of Foreign Affairs, and the Manila International Airport Authority launch the registration center for overseas absentee voters at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Terminal 1. Comelec commissioner Nicodemo Ferrer also says the poll body has started preparations for the OAV. Video taken by INQUIRER.net reporter Anna Valmero.
